Grandview Cemetery sits on beautiful, rolling terrain with many mature trees encompassing the grounds. Various wildlife such as deer, fox, and birds are often viewed, giving the cemetery a uniquely serene and ethereal atmosphere. While many cemeteries may give an unsettling or depressing feeling upon visitation, Grandview offers people a truly peaceful environment to visit passed loved ones. Many notable people from business, government, and Purdue University are laid to rest here.
A historic caretaker’s cottage (built in 1902) is currently being restored on the grounds as well.
